 + 0 moreMy husband and I were just visiting stores in the region to buy gifts for our family, it was just a few toolboxes and some Christmas decorations, and when we arrived at the cashier we were lucky to meet Adriana, very kind who treated us with very affectionate and gave us all the necessary information so we could save our money, and helped us with our shopping, now we know where to shop when we need something,thank you so very much Adriana, we need more people like you in the markets!

 + -1 moreI have been shopping here for more than 5 years, and go in maybe once a week. I rarely leave without what I came in for, and often a few other items that I have been looking for elsewhere. Most visits are very straightforward -- I walk in, get helped right away, usually escorted right to the item I need, and get as much (or as little) additional help as I want. I always feel that my business is appreciated regardless of the purchase size.
Description of Work: Well stocked with hard to find hardware and supplies. Great selection of specialty fasteners. Large paint section, plumbing, electrical are strength. Staff always available to help but do not hover. I have mobility problems and need to use a power wheelchair at the Big Box stores most of the time, but my local Ace is compact enough that I can go on foot with a cane. I still shop the big box stores for appliances, sheet goods, moldings, sand, gravel, concrete, flooring, etc. I don't mind spending more for the service and convenience

 + -1 moreI never have to walk all over the store to find someone who can help me, like the big box stores. All the workers have the expertise to figure through problems and they are so kind and understanding when I haven't the foggiest idea of how to do something. When I had a door that was getting stuck each time it closed, one of the guys suggested that I use Vaseline on the spot that was getting stuck, and it worked like a charm. It hasn't stuck since. I would have never thought of this solution.
Description of Work: This is my neighborhood Ace Hardware store. I often go in to buy paint and supplies. I do a lot of light maintenance on my old home and painting, etc. The service people in this store are always available to help and have the knowledge to direct me as to how to do what I want to do and what to purchase to help to get the job done.
