We have a year contract and the year wasn't up yet. We've used him for over 20 years, like 25 years.

They come every five-six months to do like a refresh of what they've done. The first time there was some kind of a fee and then they have been coming out every couple of months. It has been a nominal fee. The person who came out was Charles. He is very professional, very polite and very courteous. If there is something that cannot be done, he will tell you right off the bat. For example, there were fruit files and mosquitoes and he was like, "We can't take care of those. We can't professionally do anything, but here are some tips and tricks that our other folks have followed."

We have them on a year contract. It is kind of like a guarantee and if we see one bug they will come back and spray again. There is not an additional charge for that. We are very comfortable with them. It is the same guys. They are very responsible, respectful, friendly and trustworthy. We think there are cheaper ones out there but they don't have the quality.

He has a very professional and caring manner. The charges have only increased small amounts over the years. Charlie was recommend to me by a friend, and I would certainly recommend him to everyone.
