A Magic Carpet Cleaning & Restoration

They are fantastic and we have had them for years. I am as picky as they can come.   He has given us such good service and he doesn't rush.  He is a one man operation. He belongs to a Christian member group which has many companies and meet up ever so often and he is quite outstanding. He does carpet cleaning.  He even goes to carpet cleaning meetings and conventions to keep up with the new.  The man who comes out is Mr Baker. He sends out a news letter to his customers over the years and you should see the newsletter it is outstanding.  He also sends out coupons in the newsletter which can be used between certain dates.  He not only cleans carpets but he also cleans grout from shower stalls and baths.  He does stretching of carpets and he does the whole gamut. He is clean and tidy. He is as fussy as we are. We usually have him every 8 months but its been a year since he was here. We recently got a letter from him saying that it's been a year since I saw you.  I am going to write to him soon and let him know that everything is on hold right now because of illness and so on. His quality of work and his courtesy is really good.  He is a one man company and he can do just about anything that you give him to do. We have 2 flights of stairs and they are done perfectly.  He cleans the upholstery in such a way you will think it is new.  He will move furniture even though we pick up everything off the floor.  He tells you what to clean and when to start cleaning and not to start before that. He is like a personal doctor for you carpets and furniture.  He can put a Teflon coating on your carpet which we always have. If you spill something it just lies on the top and if you dab it it’s gone.  It is a Teflon kind of spray that he uses. When my cat was not well and would throw up on the carpet it used to come off so easily because of the Teflon coating on the carpet. We are going to use him soon. I am going to call him soon and let him know that we are still around. He does a list of things like furniture, upholstery, carpets etc.

Magic Carpet did an AMAZING job on my carpet. I had several stained areas that I spent hours trying to clean on my own. I honestly debated having the carpet replaced. Now they are absolutely gone. Whitney was extremely professional not only in his ability to clean tough stained carpet, but his courtesy of carefully watching or moving industrial equipment through out my house, passing over hardwood floors and around furniture, was very much appreciated.

He worked well with our homeowners insurance. He has always been professional and is extremely knowledgeable.

I have used Magic Carpet to clean my home's carpeting for 4 or 5 years. Whitney usually does the work himself, and is extremely thorough. He is very careful of my furniture, and will take extra care on problem areas. He is a true professional, and will explain everything he's doing and why. My carpets always look like new when he's finished, and I never have that funky "just been cleaned with dirty water" smell you sometimes get with the large companies.
