+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly. Dave (roofing representative) provided the best of 3 estimates. I was on a bit of a time crunch and needing a new roof soon (insurance company reasons). Dave saw to it we'd meet the deadline. He and his crew were courteous, timely, and ensured the work was done right. I feel I got a good quality roof for a fair price. I'm very happy with my new roof.
Description of Work: Complete roof replacement, asphalt shingle, on a 3 bedroom, 2 car garage residential house. They removed the old shingles down to wood decking and fixed a couple bad sections. They re-nailed the deck to meet new building code standards. Installed self-adhering under-layment (secondary water resistance), new eve & valley metal, lead plumbing flashings, gooseneck vent, all new drip-edge flashing, shingles, and new ridge vents (removed old turbine vents). They also repaired a couple rotted fascia sections as well. They cleaned-up and removed all trash and debris.
