He did a great job. He is amazing at cutting in and everything looked great.  In fact, the paint job still looked great years later.  I would highly recommend him.

It was a very good experience.He was very professional and responsible. He was prompt  and even though the job was longer and more difficult than he anticipated,he kept to the agreed upon amount.

I was able to schedule an appointment with John for an estimate very quickly.  He came out on a Saturday and provided a very affordable quote.  John pressure washed the house and driveway, repaired a crumbling exterior windowsill and then painted the exterior of my house.  He was able to match the paint to the existing siding and offered a good suggestion on a coordinating door color.  He is extremely neat, detail oriented and thorough.  I know he did a lot of extra caulking and sealing and did not cut any corners.  He kept me informed as to his plans/progress and he finished the job when he said he would.  John is very professional and a pleasant person to work with.   I've had so many compliments on my house and could not be happier with the quality work that John did.  I will definitely use A-1 painting by John for any future painting projects and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent. He did a fantastic job. He took pride in doing everything right, so that it will last a long time and hold up to the weather. And he goes the extra mile. When he saw where some areas of the new shed hadn't been caulked as well as they should have been, he caulked and sealed every nook and cranny so it would be water tight. When he was priming and painting a porch area that is screened-in, he even sealed, primed and painted the concrete ledge along the base of the house. He did this to make things look better, he said, and he didn't ask for any extra payment for doing this. This is the second time we've hired him in the past 10 years, and the work he did the first time still is holding up beautifully. He has not only impressed us with his work, but also with his professionalism and honesty. He keeps in touch. He comes when he says he will. He does what he says he will do (and more). And if he notices any potential problems with the house, he lets us know.

I highly recommend John. He is prompt, he listens to what you are trying to accomplish, his suggestions are helpful and not self-serving, he tells you what he will do and he does what he says. AND, HE DOES GREAT WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. It is hard to beat that combination. I will use his services in the future.

JOHN WAS ON TIME, REASONABLY PRICED, PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE IS AN HONORABLE MAN WITH GOOD INTENTIONS OF MAKING HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY ENOUGH TO PROVIDE WORD OF MOUTH REFERRALS. HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS IMPECCABLE AND HIS WORK AREA WAS CLEAN AND NEAT.
