"Customer took it upon herself to purchase hardware at Home Depot. When our tech arrived he informed her the hardware she purchased was low grade & recommended a high grade brand that we carry. Member states that we did not have the hardware on the truck, when in fact we did just not in Pewter per her request. It is impossible to stock every color of every brand on our trucks. In regards to our tech being unable to install her hardware the next day, when she purchased the low grade hardware she neglected to purchase the drive bolt (all the necessary pieces) for our tech or any tech to install. During the hassle of all this, the co. owner advised our tech to leave, because he knew in all of his years of experience this job was turning into a nightmare & this was the kind of person you cannot please. Despite this, our tech asked if he could stay & complete the job. Customer had asked about other home security & got a shotgun as an answer."
