I had a minor leak in my Florida room. Don Smith told me he can fix it. After the job was done within a few days the roof started leaking much worse than before. He refused to fix or refund money. I am very disappointed because I lost time, money and repairing after him is more expensive.

The service was EXCEPTIONAL! I left a message for Don Smith who is the owner of the company and within minutes was contacted back and had a time and date set to have him go out to the property. Not only was the response quick but so was the repair he was able to over the weekend dry off all the roof and work on it first thing Monday morning. We contacted many roofers for this specific property to get them out ASAP due to the circumstances and non were able to provide the service in such a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend 727 Home Maintenance and Roof Repair for all roof and home repairs.. We look forward to working with Don in the future.
