I'd give them an "A".

Overall score of a "C" because of price and not a high attention to detail.
I used $59 Money Pages coupon for 2 hours of work to raise heads and adjust spray pattern. As it turned out, I needed nine new rotors installed due to leaking (not a big, gushing leaks, but puddles of water would form quickly next to the heads). $365 later, I have nine new rotors but had to adjust two of the existing rotors and one spray myself because I was watering the neighbor's yard and the road and driveway. He was very polite and professional, letting me know when he needed to leave to get more rotors, and he arrived right on schedule, which were both big pluses (and scored an "A"). Bottom line I spent about $300 for nine rotors, which by the way, screw on. I won't be using this company again based on price and remaining adjustments I had to personally make, but I'm glad the work is finished. I feel like the service, based upon results, should be more like $250 and not $365, which would have been a fair price for the time, quality, and materials spent.
I'm learning as I go, and this $100 lesson (the difference between what I paid and what I feel it was worth) proved that I can take on this job myself next time.

Initially, I was pleased with the quality of the work. After several weeks, we noticed that portions of our grass was dying due to inadequate sprinkler coverage. I called Yard Quenchers twice and never received a return phone call. My wife called four times and received one return phone call that she was unable to answer at the time. We have been trying to fix this problem for approximately two weeks and there is still no resolution in sight.

[email protected] them for a servicing, they made major error costing me hundreds of dollars. They would not own up to it despite iron clad proof of their error. All they did was make weak arguments and refused to make it right. Too much time , effort and cost to take this easily winnable law suit to small claims.. so I had to eat the large loss. I can only try to warn others... Do not use these guys!i

They showed up when they said they would and did exactly the work that was supposed to be performed.

The technician who came out, Brennan Harpster, was on time, courteous and very knowledgable. He thoroughly explained all problems and the corrections required. I feel the work was performed at a very reasonable price. Best of all, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleaure to deal with. I would definitely call Yard Quenchers again.

Took a lot of coordination to get them on the premises. Several broken appointments due to other obligations that took longer than expected. However, when they finally arrived, they did a good job. The quote that they provided though, for replacing the heads and valves was extortionate though. ~1300 for 5 valves and 10 heads with relocation of 5 of them. I just did it myself for <$300. They were though resonable on the replacement of the pressure switch. ($110)

They are very good. Most companies I called charged $85 to $120 an hour. Yard Quenchers had an add in newspaper and they charged $49.95 to make sure the sprinklers were in the right place. The builder had actually told me that the problem can’t be fixed and I had to replace the whole thing. Yard Quenchers saved me a lot of money. They were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, and professional. The price they charged me was extraordinary.

Well everyone i called was anywhere from $80-$120 an hour just to come out and look at my sprinkler system. Saw an ad for yard quenchers where they were running a tune up special for $59.95. Brennan came out and spent a good 2 hours at my house. He went to every sprinkler and adjusted them to the proper height and spray pattern. I had also just had a fence installed so i needed 2 sprinklers heads moves. He also moved the 2 sprinkler heads to inside the fence. All that work for $99.95. Unreal bargain! I would use these guys anytime!

We had recently moved into our new home and the previous owners did not maintain the sprinkler system. Yard Quenchers ran a Sprinkler System Tuneup ad, so I called them for an appointment. They came the next day, spent more than an hour examining our irrigation system, did needed repairs and provided me with a report of some suggested improvements, with the costs included. I had them reposition some sprinklers, run some new lines to provide coverage to areas that were not covered before, and reprogram the timer. They did the work that same day and cleaned up afterwards. Tim and Brandon did a great job and were very professional.
