They replaced the windows over the course of two days. We got a good price, I think, and they worked very hard. The salesman came twice to supervise the work,which impressed me. I am very pleased with the windows which have lowered our energy costs and reduced indoor noise. The only problem was that our house is old and they had to remove some of the trim, which never got replaced.

I chose Windows Direct USA because they could do the work quickly, and they had in-house financing. The quality of the windows was better than I expected, including their energy efficiency. Those two windows have dramatically decreased my utility bill.
