the employees at this store are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this store.

I was in there store and told them I think I had a leak in my current filter and what would they recommend.
They recommended a Pentair clean and clear filter. At that time that also had a total of $150 in rebates.
They also said it would be much easier to work with and clean than my current filter. We set up an appointment,
Mark arrived on time removed the old leaking filter and replaced it with the new one. As they said it is much
easier to clean than the old unit. It takes about 1/4th. the amount of time to remove the top, take out the filter,
clean it and put it back together. The reason I went back to this Pinch a Penny is because the for the past 9 years
the customer service has been better than the service I have received from any other business in recent memory.
These same owners have opened a second store on CR 210 in St. Johns, FL. which is much closer to my home
and continue to provide excellent customer service.

Although they were very busy during the season and scheduling was difficult, I was able to finally land an appointment for them to come to my home. I thought they were very professional in their estimation, the price was in the area I thought it would be and they cleaned up well after they finished.
