After having an absolutely great experience with Andrew and his excellent crew, I am now planning for new projects with him again. The experience I had with our new home and this company couldn’t have been any better. Andrew listened to my plans, goals, needs, and concerns and made sure to always align what I wanted with everything...every step of the way. The crew is professional, respectful, and excellent in their skill. I did not have one person whose skill or professionalism lacked—I was, if anything, always impressed and very satisfied. I’ve never had to question if the workplace environment was following plans nor did I have any issues with the maintenance of the construction site—the crew always kept things organized and picked up/cleaned up their area as needed always. He exceeded by expectations, and I felt very respected with all of the money and renovations that went on in my home. All requests were fulfilled and he met the deadlines as planned. We hired No Limit Contracting to create an outdoor kitchen cabana and they exceeded our expectations! After our initial meeting with Andrew sharing with him some general ideas, he came back with plans and suggestions that made our backyard beautiful. He is a true craftsman and a perfectionist. Any challenges that came up he very quickly was able to over come and ultimately made the project even better. As with many projects like this we made changes and additions to the project. Without hesitation he was able to make sure everything we wanted we were able to get with his usual standard of excellence. Andrew created a Cabana for us that is now our favorite place to be! We will only use Andrew and his team at No Limit Contacting for our future projects!

If you’ve ever tried to hire a contractor, you know how difficult it can be. No Limit Contracting was referred to us by an interior designer who had worked with this company previously. We were on a very tight time frame & told Andrew he basically had 10 weeks to completely renovate our house! He totally met that deadline, no budget surprises, awesome work. They built a curved wall under our stairs, gutted the master bath, rebuilt our kitchen bar and complexly renovated the kitchen, gutted the guest bath, gutted & rebuilt our family room, refinished our wood floors, painted everything, did extensive electrical work, etc. Our house is so beautiful now! Andrew is honest, hardworking, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. We consider him a friend now. We’ll never hire anyone else if we ever have the need. Our renovation was not a nightmare like most people experience. We highly recommend No Limit Contracting!

Like every project of this size (over 100k) there were after bid change orders due to hidden issues [cast iron sewer pipe replacement) and major structural issues (proper load bearing pillars and beams) Just everything was done effectively and the home owner's prespective considered fairly. Even the pricing was very reasonable. The owner. Andrew was easy to work with and exceptionally courteous no matter the issue and goal was customer expectations were met or better exceeded.

Andrew and his team did a great job on our guest Bathroom renovation. He was easy to work with and very detail oriented. When problems came up, he was honest and worked with us to make sure it was right. The crew kept the area tidy and were hard working. Would definitely recommend!

No Limit Contracting exceeded our expectations! Andrew Simpson met with me and my wife to discuss our vision of what we wanted to do. He captured our vision and worked within our budget. He has an excellent crew and subcontractors who were just as impressive and professional. We interviewed 3 contractors and Andrew Simpson was the most impressive by far! He took our 1978 home and made it a showcase. I wish I could post pictures of the final result because it is beautiful! Our friends are blown away! Amazing! He was ahead of schedule and everyone told me to add two weeks! We had on item that didn’t go as planned and he stayed to complete the task and went above and beyond. Our new kitchen is amazing and we our it to Andrew and his amazing team. Cleaned up everyday and even helped us pick out our new kitchen. If you need a reference call or I can send pics. The work that No Limit Contracting did was excellent. Andrew, the owner, is very talented with an eye for detail and aesthetics and made great suggestions. He is perfectionist in his work and expected that from all of the subs that came in and out for their parts of the job. He is very well organized and efficient- no time wasted or slack days. If there was a hold-up for some reason, he called and let me know— and this was even over Christmas holidays. I hear horror stories from friends who have had remodeling done— either poor workmanship, unreliable workers, or projects that seem to never end. There was none of that on my remodel. I definitely would use No Limit Contracting again; in fact I doubt I’ll ever call anyone else. They are the best in every way.
