I have dealt with many electricians in the past, these guys were awesome. They came out the same day. Worked very quickly and I could tell they were trying to save me money. I will be glad to hire them again.

Lynch Electrical quoted me a price and the actually billed triple. I never would have done the job if I knew it would have cost this much. The overall job was good, but it was the cost. I have tried calling them, but nobody returned my calls.
Response from Lynch Electrical Service
"Just became listed on your site. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this rating. What I recall of this customer's job, going back to 2006, is that I gave an ESTIMATE and not a quote. Had it been a QUOTE, he would only have been charged what I quoted him (or anyone else, for that matter), but if and when changes occur or circumstances change the job, then prices have to be adjusted (hence; "estimate")and we inform everyone of that. I don't remember the member calling me. I do return each and every call made to me and I do respond to every customer's inquiries. His neighborhood is just down from my shop. I've been here in this area (over 40 years) before his neighborhood was even built, so I know I'm not hard find or contact. My trucks are on these roads and parked where all can see (big signs), so I'm really easy to spot, see, contact, call, etc. If he was unhappy, I never knew it and my motto is (99% of time) the customer is right. But...if circumstances dictated that I stand my ground on the price he paid, then he must have agreed. If he feels wronged, he should not have paid and/or made SURE he contacted me. As I said...I'm easy to find and easier to work with when it comes to customer satisfaction. Again, I'm sorry to just be finding out that he had issues. One of my customers just recently said to me...(when I mentioned that I thought Angie's List looked like a great place to go when looking for services, for the consumer)...Oohh..."don't go on there. Every customer you have will make comments and most of them will be negative, especially if they don't like the price". I said I don't mind. It's their money and they should watch every penny they spend. I'm a consumer too! And trust me...I watch my every penny. We have to. Especially these days and this economy. Also...I've never had a complaint filed w/the BBB. Another thing I've learned in over 40 years of business...Can't please everyone, every day, every time. Again, Thanks to this forum and the chance to respond. W.M. Lynch"
