Landscape Rennavations

Approximately 5 feet of irrigation pipe had been cut during stump grinding by a tree service. The work completed by Eric Smith was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable and performed the work in a timely manner. I will definitely call C & L Landscape for future irrigation repair and maintenance.

I've had them come out several times now and Ed & team are always great! He's not a clock-watcher & makes sure the job is done correctly before he leaves. (pun). I'll continue to use Landscape Renovations for the foreseeable future.

Ed was very polite and came out to quote us a price. We agreed on a price and scheduled the work to be done. After a couple missed appointments, he eventually came out and put down some sand and sod. However, he did not bring enough materials to cover the area and told us he would bring more sod for an additional fee. We agreed, wanting to get it finished. After laying more sod, but not sand, he informed us that he had to leave town for a funeral and asked to be paid. We reluctantly wrote him a check with his promise to return and finish the job after the funeral. We have not seen or heard from him since. We cannot recommend him.

They listened to what I wanted and were able to complete everything I asked.  It looked so much better when they were finished!

They did what they said they were going to do when they said. They had to do it in a two step process. They showed up on time and left the area clean. Very pleased.

They are good but they are not exceptional and they don't stand out. A couple of occasions the guys are trimming the bushes and then cutting the sprinkler heads off and sometimes you look at the yard and it looks like ripples on the water, it's not even smooth and flat. In the past I've had problems with the fact that the guys have left the whole section. You can tell that he went to the left and the right but he didn't go down the center.

Ed was very pleasant to work with and professional.  He communicated in a timely manner about what was happening, any delays, and questions when they arrose.  We were happy with his work and it really would have given hime somewhere between good and excellent, but went with good because it just made more sence and i think excellent is often overrated.

Ed was responsive, available and professional, with a positive air about him that demonstrates he loves what he does--and that's not just earning a profit, but making his clients happy. This small job will provide us piece of mind now that we are termite bonded.
As anyone who is in the midst of renovating a home knows, there is a substantial time commitment in meeting with contractors. We expressed our concerns to Ed and he assured us he would perform a site visit and provide an estimate since the scope of work did not require interior access. Ed was able to schedule us and return the estimate within 24 hours of our go ahead.
The job was a 2-day process: the first day was removing a concrete slab on which our prior HVAC condensers were housed. Ed and one of his employees diligently and efficiently demolished and hauled away the concrete. The amount of perspiration at the end of the first day is a good indication of their commitment to getting the job done right and quickly.
On the second day, as Ed put it, "the easy work" was performed. All requirements our termite bonding company were fulfilled and then some. Our termite bonding company came out the next day and advised that Ed had done an excellent job and that we were now ready to be bonded. 
All in all, Ed gave us fair pricing, excellent work product, and a starting point to continue to landscape our home. We will turn to Ed and his team as we settle in to our new home.
As a side note, Ed's character and business ethics sealed the deal for us based on how he responded to a negative review. We believe that, no matter how much we plan, there will be an instance of a potential client slipping through the cracks. Ed's service proved to be in line with the other positive reviews and he has earned our repeat business.

We had an rough draft of what I wanted done in the backyard and Ed enhanced it, the results are amazing. We enjoy having a multipurpose yard thanks to Ed and his crew. They were courteous, punctual and cleaned up every day. The plant materials and pavers/stones are high quality and also he re-located some plants I already had.

Ed and his team were prompt and very professional.  I received 5 separate quotes all with ideas for landscaping for our back yard.  Ed was the only one that truly heard what we wanted for landscaping and designed a nice backyard for our family.  I will definitely call him for future landscaping and maintenance.

From the first phone call, Ed Renna was very friendly and courteous. He came within a few days to discuss our job and gave us an estimate immediately. When we selected him to do the work, Ed was there when he said he would be, and the job was done in only four days. We highly recommend him!

I think they are very reasonable and my neighbors love my yard too. I had used them before and I liked their service so I continued using them. They have come quite a few times now and it is always the same people who come out and not everybody I hire sends the same people.

It went very well. Ed is responsive and professional. He made excellent suggestions, but was also very interested in doing what we wanted and liked. The work was done on time and at the agreed upon estimates. His crew was polite and competent and he was on-site to supervise. Ed went out of his way to insure we liked the final product even when we changed our minds on a few things. Also, wet weather did not deter his completion of the projects in a timely manner. He has provided excellent follow-up, as well, at no additional cost--coming by to see if sod, plantings,etc were doing well. In summary, We do not think you can get a better value or higher quality service than Ed Renna provides. My husband and I agree, and will use his services again and agin when we have landscaping needs.

I would highly recommend them. There is no need to watch or check. He does perfect work.
