Michelle was terrific as she scheduled an appointment for just a couple days after I called. Nick and David were very punctual and polite. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, living and dining area and a hallway carpet along with a love seat and sofa.  I was extremely happy with the job. A great company and great people working there!

Julington Creek Carpet Care shined up my carpets very nicely in time for my Thanksgiving dinner.
The guys showed up just a few minutes late, but had called me about two hours prior to let me know that their last job was more work than they expected. I was just fine with that because he gave me plenty of notice. When the techs arrived they measured the square footage to be cleaned and explained the process they use. It's a simple process - they treat it with soap and stain remover, then they use very hot water and an extremely powerful extraction. There is no soap residue left on your carpet to catch dirt after they are gone.
I knew my carpets needed to be cleaned, but I didn't know how badly until he ran that machine across the carpet. There was literally a line between the clean and dirty carpet. I have never seen that happen before. I have had the carpets cleaned by a few others and it's not that they did a bad job, but I just didn't know the others didn't do a great job until I actually saw what a great job looks like.
The quality of the equipment that JC Carpet Care purchased for their business is outstanding. We've had other guys come out and they were nice and professional but I don't think they've made the same type of investment in the powerful equipment these guys have. If you want the job done right, use the right tools and JCCC are definitely doing that.
The techs that came out were awesome and very thorough as well. The tech that did my stairs spent so much time on them I was starting to feel guilty. They look the best they've ever looked though and I am very happy with the results.
Don't let the name fool you, Julington Creek Carpet Care services all areas of town. I live in East Arlington/Intracoastal West and they had no issues coming out to me.

I overall had an excellent experience. They were very friendly and professional. I think they had reasonable prices. They even offer a 30 day guarantee on their work. They were willing to be flexible with scheduling the appointment time. The men who came to do the work were punctual and called when they were on their way. They were professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again. I also like the fact that is a local family owned and operated business.

He is local guy and he has a very good reputation. They have done a great job and they are very inexpensive. Usually you call them and it is very quick for them to come out. The good thing about them is that they can refer you to someone if needed.

They have been great, they've been out a couple of times. We really like them. We'll have them back out. They did the tile and rugs and couch and everything. They have been wonderful. They are very professional. They showed up on time. They give you a call ahead of time to let you know what time they'll be here. When you call someone answers the phone. That's nice.

Very satisfied with their services. I've used Julington Creek Carpet exclusively for at least 5 years because they are professional, and do a great job BUT also because of the and quot;above and beyondand quot; service they provide.
I've had several unique situations when I needed to call them at the last minute and they were responsive. Once, my and quot;perfectand quot; dog made a spot on my white couch and I didn't want my husband to see it! A pillow hid the and quot;dirty deedand quot; for a day until Dave came the next day and spent at least 45 minutes patiently removing all the evidence. Overall this company is on par, if not beyond. We received this companies information from another neighbor in the hood. From start to finish, customer service was exceptional.
We initially put our call in late afternoon for an estimate/quote and the call was returned the following morning. Over the phone estimate/quote was close to the ending actual cost. Make sure you measure your rooms before you call to schedule an appointment! This will help them in providing you a pretty close number over the phone.
On the day of the scheduled appointment they received an emergency call. I was contacted by the gentlemen that were supposed to be arriving at my location and told of the situation and that they would be arriving a little late. This was fine with me. I understand when emergencies arise and need to be tended to. I was just happy I got a call in advance! That is customer service!
Trucks are first class. The owner(s) of this company clearly spent good money on the equipment that went into his trucks.
The gentlemen arrived, verified measurements and cleaning requests, and then provided me with a hard quote before they started. They were in and out in two hours and did a superb job. The carpets were A LOT dryer than any other cleaner we have had come in the past. Everything was dry in about 2-3 hours with the A/C and fans on. Carpet looks, feels, and even smells clean now!
Very happy with the service overall of this company. We were so pleased that we now plan on quarterly cleaning with them.

We have used Julington Creek Carpet Care many times in the past. They always do an exceptional job and are very accomadating to rush orders and changing schedules. There process gets out just about any stains and really does leave the carpet looking like new. The carpet always dries very quickly too which is a big plus. There service folks have always been very professional and thier prices are reasonable; like most things, you get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest game in town, but they are by far the best I have dealt with. We used someone else once that cost almost as much and the job the other company did did not even come close to our excellent results with Julington Creek Carpet Care, we will not make that mistake again.
