After consulting three contractors to do our main bathroom renovation we decided on and quot;Home Swee Accessible Homeand quot; which is owned by Scott Ross. Scott is also the point of contact for the purchase of Best Bath System's ADL Spa tub I wanted for my bathroom. He is top in his field in providing a bathroom with built in safety features. His company not only does complete home remodels but his business revolves around providing accessible home renovations for the aging. I am 65 and I was finding that getting in and out of a tub to bath or shower was becoming a safety issue.
This bathroom renovation gave Scott an almost impossible project to take on but he completed it on time and on budget. I wanted to take and remove an outside hall closet to add additional space and also add space to another outside closet for storage lost from the removal of the first. In doing this it opened up the bathroom some. I wanted everything in this small bathroom, can lights, a separate shower and an easy access spa tub large enough to provide a deep soak. This ADL Spa tub sits on a platform for easy access and still looks modern and sleek. This caused a complete tear down of the bathroom and moving the toilet to a different location and the addition of extra plumbing for a separate shower. I also wanted a pocket door installed. With a final foot print of 7' 11and quot; X 7' Scott was able to provide everything on my wish list. He turned a small bathroom into a relaxing spa retreat. I love it.
Just because you have a small bathroom does not mean you have to give up amenities you want. Scott made it happen. We were fortunate that his wife Eve has a great sense of design and she worked with Scott and me to help pick the perfect tile for floors and shower walls. They make a great team. We found his crew to be trustworthy, dependable and polite guys and take pride in the work they were doing. They made sure that areas that needed protection were covered. After each day's work they would vacuum and clean the area. We had a couple of small glitches which accompanies any large renovation and Scott was on the spot to resolve issues and insuring that as a customer we were completely satisfied. I would recommend and quot;Home Sweet Accessible Homeand quot; to anyone thinking about any type of renovation and not just handicap renovations. I had estimates from other contractors but found that Scott's prices were very reasonable. One of the main reasons I selected and quot;Home Sweet Accessible Homeand quot; was because I liked the detail of the proposal that Scott provided. Even If you know what you want but feel that it might not work give Scott a call. He seems to find a solution to any design problem and he provides you this advice in such a polite professional manner. His web site is www.homesweetjax.com. Make sure you go to his face book page. After getting into his web site you will see a link to the face book page. He has many pictures on his on-going and completed projects. Any future renovation projects I have I will definitely use and quot;Home Sweet Accessible Homeand quot; again.

I love my new walk in tub.
I am recommending Home Sweet Accessible Home to my friends and neighbors and Angie's List.
