My husband and I purchased the model home from David Weekley (Melissa and Denise was our support team). First -we have purchased several new homes over the past several years and by far - they are the best! Working with Steve (builder) in fine tuning the items before closing was just truly a wonderful experience. He was even more particular with the house than we were! Truly a first in our home building experience. Melissa and Denise were terrific in helping up overcome any last minute items that had to be taken care of too. They were absolutely wonderful and incredible to work with throughout the whole home buying experience.
Jan who leads their home warranty group is just amazing too! She VERY responsive, and proactive in supporting her clients, and is just wonderful to work with as well. This is the first time we have ever worked with a builder that truly delivered exceptional customer service after the sale.
If you are looking to purchase a new home, I would recommend that you ONLY work with David Weekley Homes and this team.
