CLASS A HEATING & AIR COND

Both my husband and I were very impressed with this polite, knowledgeable professional who was recommended by two of our friends. He found the problem, explained everything to us, proceeded with the work upon our approval, and made sure our air conditioner was working well again, inside and outside of the house before he left almost 2 hours later.  His pricing is fair,  he did not try to gouge us or sell us anything we didn't need.  When we need a/c or heating services/repairs again, Lynn Delay is THE only person we will call.  It's great to deal directly with the owner of a business.  I just hope he doesn't get so popular that we never see him again when we need to!  Great work, Lynn, and we thank you.

They are very punctual and if we have a problem they come out just as soon as they possibly can.  They do an excellent job and they are very professional.

He is a good guy who is very honest and responds very well to his customers. He is small operator but he is prompt and definitely one those guys that you want to have their number right there whenever you need it.

Lynn delay is very pleasant, polite, professional. He is very willing to answer additional questions. It is comforting to have someone you know is going to respond and that you can rely on. He will come anytime. We have called him in the late afternoon/early evening and he is out within in an hour.
