Terrible, they walked away without finishing.

He promised to show up first thing Monday morning to begin what he estimated to be a 2 and 1/2 day job. It was raining but it stopped at 10am. When called, he said he would arrive "after lunch". He never came. He never called. On Tues. morning, he called at 8:30 to explain that he was "short-handed" but would be over "in a little while." When asked what "a little while" meant he said around 10am. He was then told that we decided to get someone else. He said "I didn't realize you were in such a hurry" and hung up on my husband. There were safety and health issues associated with this job and his uncertain working times (trapping us in the house for hours), weak excuses, and lack of professionalism made it impossible to proceed with his services. We couldn't be sure whether his description of the repair would be adequate. Brent fails to meet time committments of any kind. If you want a job done in a timely and reliable manner then you will need to avoid this company entirely. He promises a "contract" but doesn't show up with one. He describes elaborate work projects but fails to clearly dileneate or estimate them properly.

I was so excited to get new floors that I wanted it to go fast. It went slow because of the type of tile we chose, but now it is done and the floor looks lovely. We need more tile work done and we will be calling Brent.

Company started project as scheduled and called if an infrequent delay arose. As work evolved we requested additional work such as replacing vanity in bath that was tiled. We also added some custom work to tie in existing tile flooring with new tile being installed. Contractor pointed out and corrected - with our agreement - some pre-existing flaws in workmanship dating back to original construction of the home. All in all, the project went very well. We have since recommended this contractor to our daughter for some work needed in her newly purchased home.
