   We have always been extremely pleased with the care our animals received.  We have been using All Ears for several years now. Robin, the owner, and her pet-sitters are professional and very trustworthy.  in addition, my animals have on occasion needed medication and special treatment.  They handled it all.
   They even came to our house during Hurricane Matthew to care for our little dog. It put our minds at ease because we had to be out of town that weekend.
   I would not hesitate to recommend Robin and All Ears Pet Sitting if you need someone to care for your animals. For them it is not just a job.  They really care for the animals.

Marnie was outstanding.  I was away at Seattle, from my home in Saint Johns.  She kept a log of every visit.  Text me pictures of my babies and had no problems handling  my two large babies.  It gave me great peace of mind that they were both cared for with the same love that I care for them. 
My bulldog, really can't be boarded in a kennel due to the breathing problems of the breed.  Both dogs, justed loved Marnie to death.  They are jumpers, but she got them both to sit before going for their walks.
Highly recommend their service.

I sent a message to this company with a request for information. That was two days ago. I have not yet heard back from them. If they are non responsive to a possible new client, I would not trust that they would be attentive and reliable when I needed their services. It's really too bad because they were initially our first choice.

My experience:
- I called the number on their website 904-687-9610. It sounded like I interrupted somebody's video game when they just answered and quot;hello?and quot;. When I spoke what I was calling about, they just hung up on me.
- I confirmed that I dialed the right number to begin with (yes, I did) and called back. This time, it rang many times and voice mail picked up. The outgoing message did not reference a business or even a name, only read back the number I called. I did not leave a voice mail, opting to instead send an email message.
- Trying to leave a message on their website returned the error:
Sorry, error: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: Your message was rejected by this system and was not delivered.
By this time, I was officially soured on the notion of letting a stranger in my house when I was gone. I instead opted to take my dogs to a private boarding service.

I had to go out of town for two days and i have a special needs dog that is blind and diabetic. I was only able to give the provider a day or two before I needed her services. She was able to accomodate my request. She did a wonderful job with my dog , walking her , feeding her and giving her her insulin shot and then texting me immediately what she had done and how my dog was acting. It put my mind at ease. I will definitely use her in the future!!!!!!

The experience was not as smooth as we had expected it to be. There were some issues with gaining access to our house and some miscommunication occurred. Ultimately, the cats were fine and I appreciated the updates on the visits and the mail collection. The entire point of hiring a pet sitter was to have peace of mind while we were out of town and we feel like we didn’t have that.

We feel it went very well and we plan to have them come and quot;visitand quot; again when we are not able to be here.
There is nothing like the peace of mind we had while we were out of town, knowing that our special 'ones' were receiving the care and attention we give them.

Robin was absolutely wonderful and great with my pets. I have three dogs, two yorkie and a 21 years old beagle and a guinea pig. She was fabulously wonderful with all of the pets. She takes special care of the beagle because of her age. She took time to play with everybody. It was a wonderful experience. I was $20.00 a day and she would come out twice a day. She was here each time for half an hour. She was always on time.

All Ears Pet Sitting are really good.

We have three dogs and a cat, and they charged us $18. The charges are $15 a visit, plus a dollar for every additional pet per visit. With three dogs and a cat, it's cheaper for her to come to our house, rather than to board them there. It's also a lot less stressful on the dogs. Their service is very personalized to my pets. They leave me pet notes for each visit that they come. They mention what they have done with each of our animals, and I can tell that they know the personality of each of my pets just by the notes that they leave. I feel like my pets get very personalized care. It makes me feel good, and it makes me feel that they were well cared for. They are very trustworthy, they go to a lot of people in our neighborhood, and that's how we found them, by word of mouth. When we are out of town, they usually come three times a day. We can specify what time of the day, and how many times a day we want them to come. When we used to board our pets, and came back, one of our dogs would always be hoarse. We knew that she had been barking non-stop for three nights, and they would have upset stomachs. But this way, our dogs stay here and they are just happy to see us when we come back. It's all stress free, we know that somebody is spending time with them, playing with them, and it's nice. In that way, our house is looked after as well, because there is always somebody dropping in. She brings our mail inside also, so we don't have to stop the mail, which is really nice too. She is also really personable, and she has a great thing going. She interviews us before she sits with our pets, and she is very particular about the past, if there is anything unusual with our pets, or any little idiosyncrasies that they may have. We have left town on holidays, and she is open 365 days a year, 24x7. She also has a couple of people working for her as well. Sometimes we have her, and occasionally we have had a couple of the other people that are working for her, especially during the holidays when she gets really busy and can't handle it all herself. For people who are working she does mid- day dog walking too.

The owner Robin is very personalized. She takes the time to get to know the pets. She plays with them awhile. We kind of have some odd pets. She doesn't mind taking care of unusual animals.

She's fantastic. She has an online reservation option. She checks on the animals even when she's not taking care of them. She checks about them with the owners. She has a real personable relationship with the owners and the animals. She does exactly what she says she's going to do and she has very detailed notes about it. I would use her again in the future.

It went very well as usual (we have used this company multiple times. It is actually an inhome pet sitter service that comes to your house to take care of your pets - avoiding the stress of boarding them). Robin is a true animal lover and always goes the extra step to make sure your pets are safe and well. She makes sure each one receives individual attention and contacts you if there are any concerns at all. I have given them only a B in punctuality because they aren't always able to visit during the exact time period you request. But I would assume this is from making multiple visits to different homes within a certain time period..
