Great. I called them to get quote to change coil in my AC unit. Their quote was $1,175. snyders had quoted me $1,855 for the same job. Nit only did Tony performedthe service expedientely, but he also found out that the previous service repairman (from Snyders) had overfilled the unit with freon,

Luis came out to my house in a timely manner and inspected my a/c unit. He found none of the problems my previous a/c company claimed was wrong. The previous company was going to charge me $587 dollars for 90 minutes labor to replace a switch that didn't replacing. Luis fixed the angel of a pipe and found the problem with my a/c to just be a simple safety switch. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Air Doctor's again but hopefully I won't have to!

Tony and his crew did everything (and more) than they promised. Replace entire system including whole house air filter and new ducting in one (very long) day.
I've used them for several years and have always been completely satisfied with the work performed.

My initial call was quickly answered by Mr. Ortolani, who was very friendly and helpful. It was well after noon when I called, and I wasn't in a big rush (my other AC unit was still cooling fine), so we set up an appointment for the next morning. The techs arrived promptly the next morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They did a good job of explaining the work that was done, and answering all of my questions. They also gave me some helpful recommendations and quotes for having my air handlers serviced. Their prices were very reasonable (considering the fact that the cost of R-22 is going through the roof, due to recent EPA regulations), and they honored an Angie's List coupon for a free service call with repair, even though my printer was acting up and I wasn't able to print it. I was very pleased with the whole experience with Air Doctors, and will definitely use them again.

I have experienced difficulties in the past with HVAC repair companies who, when called for a repair, attempt to sell you on replacing your system. There was none of that. It was simple and easy and to the point. My AC was fixed in minutes!

AWESOME! Called Monday around lunch time for a service call and offered to have a service tech show up within 40 minutes. That was great except I couldn't get home until after 4:00, he agreed to meet me when I got home and to give a call when I was leaving work.
Mr. Ortolani showed up and immediatley started working on the issue at hand. He also performed the yearly serivcing and was able to catch a small wiring issue and corrected it. I felt this catch was a true sign of experience and attention to detail and definatley saved me $$ on future trouble calls. Again very attentive to the small details, answered all the questions I had without hesitation. Will be using again in the future and will be recommending.

They're really honest. We had them a couple of years ago when they had to replace an air conditioner. Rather than trying to replace it, he tried to fix it. It lasted another couple of months, and we had to finally replace it. It gave us a chance to shop around. They're timely, professional, and honest.
