TRUE BLUE POOLS

True Blue Pools has provided me with dependable and outstanding weekly pool cleaning services since moving here over 10 years ago, and learned on Thursday while they were working on eliminating the oil slick caused by my existing heat pump, that they also provide heat pump replacements. I called True Blue Pools late on Saturday and left a message with the answering service expecting a call back sometime on Monday, but to my surprise the call was returned shortly after (early Saturday evening). I had already determined that my 13 year old heat pump needed to be replaced and had received some quotes for solar panels and/or heat pump.
In summary True Blues Pools had eliminated the oil slick from my pool, removed the old heat pump, installed a new one, and the pool was being heated to our liking by Tuesday afternoon - within 2 business days from my initial call. All of this was accomplished while saving me hundreds of dollars!
This pleasant experience reflects on their desire to take excellent care of their customers. I look forward to many more years of their weekly pool maintenance.

I would highly recommend them. Everyone had been excellent. They do a great job. I spend about $105 a month. They don't charge anything extra for the normal service but if something goes wrong with the pool pump or a gasket or a valve, I have to pay extra for that. They have people that they use even when I am out of state. If something goes wrong they call me and get my approval and then they hire the guy to fix it. They do the pool itself once a week. I have never been dissatisfied and I have had them for 7 years. Before that I had service and it was very poor.

Each week, True Blue leaves a card filled out at the house, verifying they've been there. The neighbors tell us True Blue arrives like clockwork every week as well. They maintain the water level, cleanliness of the pool, and pool chems. As expected, they let us know when we may have a problem. When we have a question, or need a part or a pump or a pool heater, a call to Greg will set in motion the action we need immediately. True Blue Pools couldn't be more appropriately named, in my book! I can't think of another service provider who's operated as consistently over such a long period of years.

We had hired them to maintain our pool while we were gone for 1 month in May. We returned early June and I think all he did was put a bunch of chlorine in the pool and he did something to the filter that showed he just wasn't paying attention and was careless. There were several things that we noticed that just wasn't consciousious about their work. We discontinued our service with them and hired someone else.

True Blue Pools are sincere, honest and dependable.
