Work seems ok, but it took an an hour and the bill was $160.00. They had to make 2 trips because they did not have the filters in stock! We were sold the filters just after we did a complete re-piping of the house for several thousand dollars. When we questioned the cost of replacing he filters each year, we were told that they would only charge for the parts and do the replacement for no charge when they were in the area. Well, that changed as the business grew and now we are paying big time. Sorry they have lost touch with their customers!
