Description of Work: Thought I had a virus and he checked out the computer. Removed a cookie that had changed my home page. Came on time, fixed it, answered my questions and we were done.

 + -1 moreThe cameras were a new model with no reviews on Amazon. They were returned for full refund of purchase and shipping cost. And yes, I gave them a very bad review.
Description of Work: I had purchased two PTZ security cameras for outside my house and had them installed by an electrician. Anole was contacted and was asked to activate them on "the cloud". To spite several good faith attempts by Anole, both cameras failed to perform. He was very helpful in suggesting better products for our next attempt.

 + -1 moreWithin 5 minutes he had everything working the way it was suppose to. It was something with Microsoft that not only happened to me but to other clients of his. He's a god send when it comes to computer repair.
Description of Work: All of a sudden my computer decided I wasn't going to open my word files. Contacted Larry. First he tries to help you through e-mails to get all the info that is needed. If he doesn't understand what you are trying to tell him (not because he doesn't kow-its because I'm not to computer saavy) then he will make an appointment.
