A friend recommended we speak to Mary Bognar when we decided to invest in a home in Florida. We worked with her for a time in the autumn of 2008 but felt the market conditions were not yet right for us to invest. We decided to make an offer on one we liked and unfortunately the price reached a point where we did not think it was any longer a good value. Mary did not give up. The morning after our offer was rejected she was on the phone with news that the perfect house had just come on the market that day. She was very astute and we looked at the property the next day, made an offer and had it accepted within two days. Mary's diligence paid off with not only finding us the right investment but also at an extremely fair price. But Mary's expertise did not stop there. She walked us through the entire closing process, found us outstanding contractors to work on the house and garden and handled numerous other issues as they arose. She is totally trustworthy and a true professional. We continue to look for investments with Mary and in fact have made offers on two additional properties. We have purchased a number of homes over the years but have never worked with a more knowledgeable, professional agent.
