I first started by getting three estimates for a roof replacement, I won’t say the companies name because I’m not here to bash another company . But the first company never even sent me an estimate after coming out. Tsk and the other company were close in price but we chose tsk because they also do gutters. Gerald promptly contacted me back and set a time to come out. He was on time and very informational and professional. Another reason we went with tsk is because the other company said six weeks . Which our roof was leaking and it couldn’t wait that long. Gerald assured us they could do it in a week. The crew showed up a week later. Worked very hard and was very polite . They worked all day and even till after dark. Gerald came out everyday during the whole process to make sure everything was going well and to keep us informed. After the roof was complete the gutter guy came out and also did an excellent job. Gerald still keeps in touch to make sure we’re satisfied. Which we are . Gerald even pet and loved our dogs . Great customer service , All in all. I highly recommend their services. Thank you Gerald and tsk for the professionalism.

They did a fine job and clean up and would hire again. They also replaced a cracked sky light.

They were nice from day 1 to the last day. Any concern and questions I had, they answered.

Very well a lot of contractors are having issues still fixing the flat roof part that connects with the washer room and still cant seem to get it fixed but after 2 attempts tsk got it fixed and always fast when i called and very professional. Very much would refer to everyone!

All the Management team as well as coordinator Lori Johnson kept up with all communication and directed us through the entire process. The crew did an outstanding and promptly completed our Roof replacement which was off the charts exceptional ! They were very Professional and cleaned up the yard waste and nails, boards, etc. very thoroughly. They checked and re-checked around our whole house and completed the repairs in 2 days. We are very happy with the Great Job Chad, Hosea, and the crew did to inspect exactly everything we needed and Lori worked with our insurance adjuster to get all the materials and dumpster delivered on time. They are an outstanding contractor second-to-none. I would highly recommend them for your Roofing needs. Thank You to Everyone 5 star service!!!

It went really good. They started when they said they would. And finished when they said they would. They did a great job and we love it. They cleaned up after they were done and they kept us informed about everything they did. They were all very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our insurance took care of most of the cost. Lori handled most of that. Thank you all for taking care of us so well.

The company is very reliable and on top of things. They went way and beyond to make sure everything was done and correctly. They were always on time and helpful very grateful for the work that was done. I thought i could not trust them with all false allegations made toward the company but they showed different and showed great amount of trust worthy workers that are there for you every step of the way thank you for the work and all the company has done for our family.

They did what they said was needed, when they said they would do it. I thought I needed a new roof- Gerald thought we could go another 3-5 years with some repair and maintenance.

They were prompt & reasonably priced. Over I'm happy and would recommend to friends and hire them again.

Thank you to TSK exteriors. Todd McKnight (sales rep) for TSK handled the project from start to finish. Todd came out to our home for an estimate and to my surprise he informed us that most of the cost would be covered by our insurance company!!! TSK contacted our insurance company, acquired all the necessary permitting, without very much of my involvement at all. The installation crew was very polite, clean, and quite fast. First of all, the CEO of this company was just arrested for insurance fraud. Given this fact, everything else should make sense. A salesman came to our home to give us a quote to replace our roof. It took over a month for them to get started because they were trying to get more money from our insurance company. I explained to them that our insurance settlement had already been paid and any additional cost would need to be justified. They finally got started with the job; however, did not complete all the work required, yet attempted to charge our insurance company for work they did not perform. They also sub contracted the work to another contractor who did a substandard job of performance. I contacted TSK with pictures and asked them to fix the issues; however, I heard nothing back from them at all; consequently, I reported the company to the Florida State Attorney Generals office. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Pretty Good. They came on a Sunday last minute and they worked till dark I had to tell them to stop working because of no light. I understand there a many homes needing roofs because of Hurricane Irma but I felt they were rushed to get the job done. Some minor details overlooked but over all I'm happy with the job. Still waiting to hear about the siding but that's another Insurance claim waiting to be processed.

Troy replied promptly to our request for a quote and quickly returned an estimate to us for our roofing need. We were under some tight time constraints. Troy and his crew were able to meet those, worked diligently to get the job done on time as promised, and did so in a professional, yet personal manner. His crew went the extra mile in cleaning up the removed tar and gravel roofing materials. Our porch and pool area were clean and tidy, and the yard was raked. Cannot say enough about the professionalism, personable service, the work, or the crew - they were all great!

Waited at home for workers to repair leak... two days no show for repair. Called several times for update on when they would show up. Owner showed up on third day to do repair, he spent most of the time here on the phone doing other business, not focused on my repair. He had to leave several times "to get supplies". The last time was for nails to put back on new shingles, roofer showed up without nails for a roof repair! Did not bring enough new shingles to replace those that were removed, I asked if they needed to leave again to get more and Troy said no we can make due with what we have here..... I questioned that and he assured it will be fine, we will use silicone. They reused some of my old shingles instead of providing new shingles that I was being charged for in the cost of the leak repair. This was the most awkward experience I have ever had with a business. I asked for written invoice of work performed and I tried to pay with credit card, was told to contact office. They added an additional 3% processing fee on the invoice. There was no mention of this prior to work, nothing on Angie's list about this fee, nor is there anything on their website, it only says they accept credit cards (nothing about adding processing fee when paying with a credit card.) They responded with I could pay via cash or check to avoid this processing fee on the invoice. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Was told afterwards there was no warranty. Then CEO responded they would provide a warranty for this repair and she provided me with an updated invoice with said warranty. However leak not fixed and the response I receive is "There is no warranties on repairs" and "Our office has no record of you calling about leak before the hurricane". When in fact I called and followed up with email. UPDATE: It took TSK Exteriors five weeks to provide a quote for a leak repair. It is unprofessional for this vendor to comment on what they think a customer’s budget is. This vendor, TSK Exteriors, lied about the schedule of my repair. Please email copies of all photos immediately to customer. There was no additional work done as this vendor is claiming. IN FACT, this vendor did not do the work as contracted. Yes, they were supposed to fix soffit and fascia as discussed at time of estimate for leak repair but refused to touch it when they were here to do the repair. This vendor is lying about not hearing from me, I called and followed up with email. This vendor is using the hurricane as an excuse of poor work performance and to get out of doing contracted leak repair.

My son-in-law works in construction and checked the roof out. Nails were showing through the shingles. The crew came out a few days later and pulled off the side of the roof with the nails showing and re-shingled. The first heavy rain - the same day - I have a totally new leak in an area that never leaked before. I don't know where this company gets their crews but I would never ever recommend them. I hired them based on reviews, price and salesman seemed to know his business.
