He not only resolved the overheating problem, he also fixed the disc door that wouldn't always open correctly and he even cleaned the top of the system. He operates in a different county than we are so we had to travel to his location but the two trips there and back were worth gold to us. He was very nice and professional. In fact he ended up waiving the cost of the repair when he learned my son was trying to save his money to get an XBox one. Now that was above and beyond and we are truly grateful for his kindness. I recommend him to fix any electronic device because I was not only impressed with him but also the set up he had in his van to come to the customer and work out the problem there. Can't imagine anyone getting better service.
