They were supposed to take down the trees in 2 foot increments so it would not damage the house. They said they had insurance but they are not returning my phone calls. Instead of what we agreed on, they tried to take the tree down in 12 foot segments and the rope they had tied to a truck to hold the tree back snapped because they didn't use a strong enough rope and the tree fell onto my home and crashed into the brand new tile roof I just had installed. We're not sure of the extent of the damage because we haven't removed the damaged tile yet. He left several sections of trees lying in my yard and never ground the stumps in the yard (I contracted them to do so). He is not returning my calls and has been avoiding me ever since. James Johnson (site manager) and Summer Giles were also working for Ben Giles (manager) and I'm sure they're going to be changing the name of the company.
Description of Work: They have been my regular lawn guys and they were supposed to remove 3 large palms. One of them fell on my house and they are no longer responding my calls.
