Room At A Time

Gave us a quote. Promised to be there in a week. Never showed up. Would not recommend them

excellent.  Room at a time installed ceramic tile in our bathrooms and porcelain tile in our kitchen.  albert did the tile and he did a really good job. always came on time both days he was here when he said he would be. worked straight through lunch didn't even take a break. they stuck to their estimate and were honest about their price.  We had contracted with another flooring company to come out and install 917 square feet of snap click elite vinyl flooring. They pulled a total no show and we had the flooring staged in our house furniture in the garage. we were ready. So my wife contacted room at a time and told them our situation and they said that it couldn't be done on such short notice. (not within 24 to 72 hours). They did say that they new some other worker that may be able to help. That help named Ed called me back within a couple of hours and said he would come out. This was a friday and Ed came out the next day on a saturday to install even though he had other jobs going on.  So needless to say we will be using these guys again. hard to find workers like that in this day and age. we have flooring work on our back patio and will be calling them about that next spring. The floor looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!
