THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING, BUT THEY BUILD A GOOD QUALITY HOME FOR THE MONEY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AREN'T THE NICEST OF PEOPLE. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR AND NOT THE OTHER WAY. THEY KIND OF HAVE AN EGO PROBLEM.
