We recently built a home with KB Home and they subcontracted the sod work to Palm City Sod. I have NEVER seen such a horrible sod installation. The sod was half dead, literally "thrown" down without any care leaving HUGE gaps between pieces. The sod was full of weeds and we have had to spend over $1,000 so far just trying to keep the yard alive in and moving towards good condition. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from Palm City Sod. Poor sod, poor work quality, and rude team members who do NOT know how to install sod.
