THE COMPANY DAMAGED MY AIR CONDITIONER AND NEVER TOLD ME. I ASKED FOR EXPENSES TO COVER MY COST OVER THE REPAIR COSTS AND A CALL IF THEIR WAS A PROBLEM. THE CHECK FOR THE REPAIR WAS SENT, IT TOOK APROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS. I CALLED AND ASKED HOW TO CONTACT THE OWNER AND WAS TOLD I COULD ONLY LEAVE A MESSAGE (WHICH I DID). THE OWNER NEVERE TOOK THE TIME TO CALL ME TO EXPLAIN WHY MY EXPENSES WOULD NOT BE PAID FOR.
