They destroyed my lawn! Do not get any services done by them. They cane out after the grass died and did absolutely nothing about it. Have to pay over 2K to bring my lawn back. Pictures included.

I bought my house last August. I moved from a townhouse so it's my first lawn and I wanted a company I could depend on to take care of it. The previous owner had been using Luv-A-Lawn for years and recommended them. So I signed up figuring that I was in good hands. I couldn't have been more wrong. In the year I have had their service my lawn went from minimal weeds to a Total Weed Apocalypse. At no time did the technician address it with me or on any service notes (and there's a place for notes on every service record online. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. Says: "none") When my service agreement was ready to expire, I found someone else, and emailed to cancel my service. They had the manager come out and he confirmed that Luv-A-Lawn dropped the ball on my lawn. They wanted a second chance to make it right. I declined. I mean, really, why would I want to throw MORE money away? I'm retired, my funds are limited. I feel like I've been scammed... If they really wanted to make it right, they would have at least waived the $90 for the last service, which, by the way, they did yesterday. But that wasn't offered. So, yeah. I paid the invoice this morning and I am done with them And today, for the very first time -- I see weeds dying in my lawn. So for the @$650 I gave them I got exactly ONE proper service. Your mileage may vary, but if you asked me for advice I'd tell you to find someone else.

Incredible service so far! I switched from Massey to them in May 2019 and the results in my lawn have been phenomenal. The best results I've had with any company (I've tried TruGreen and Massey in the past). Jim Foley was great, walking me through every point of my yard and educating me on how to treat in-need areas. I forget the name of the gentleman that comes to my areas (Winter Garden-Horizon West), but he is truly diligent in his work. I cannot say enough about their services so far. I hope it continues!

They came when they said they would, about once every other month, sprayed whatever. Unfortunately, whatever they sprayed didn't do anything. The weeds were thriving, and my dog's urine fertilized the grass better than their stuff. Green/yellow everywhere except for thick patches of deep green in spots where my dog peed. I told Luv-a-Lawn about the weeds repeatedly, but eventually the problem got so bad, I had to switch out of dire necessity. They said I'd get a call regarding the reason why I cancelled. Didn't get a call, and no replies to my email. I did get a bill for an early termination fee - something I thought they'd be too embarrassed to send, given the level of service provided. Buyer beware.

It is $75 per application. I’ve had them for just about one year, coming up on the one year anniversary. They’re very punctual, they’re very polite. They come in, they do their service that is high professional and I haven’t had any issues. I’m very satisfied with the work they’ve done so far. They put up signs when they do the lawn. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to do the yard. Usually it is just one person that comes. For the lawn fertilization it is every other month, which is 6 times a year. For the pest control, it’s quarterly, 4 times a year.

They were very professional and explained all the services they were performing for the cost. Cost was very comparable to other companies. They showed up as scheduled and has done a good job after the first couple of treatments.

As expected. Arrived on time. Polite and explained the work he had performed.
Unfortunately, this business has decided to concentrate more on Central Florida (Orlando area), so they are dropping their Brevard accounts. I'm a little bummed. They seemed professional and the price was fair. I was referred to them by a current client in the Kissimmee area. I would use them again if they came back to Brevard.

When we purchased the house, the lawn was in great shape. We checked with the prior owner to see who has been performing the lawn maintenance, and were told that it was Luv-A-Lawn. We contracted them. The salesman met with us to explain their service. We contracted with them for a year's worth of service. Within a few days, they completed the first service. After the service was complete, they provide notification of what was done and let us know if there is anything we need to do. After beginning occupancy at the residence, we noticed that we were in need of a plan to cover the pests that are prevalent in FL. Once again, we went through the same process as with the exterior service.
We have been pleased with their service that is performed at monthly intervals. The exterior services are done routinely and we do not have to contact them. To date we have only had one interior pest service. If we see any pests between the routine maintenances, we just need to call and the arrive quickly.
