Jim came out within hours on a Saturday after my call. Saw right away that my water pressure tank was water logged and replaced it. He had a spare with him which he carries for just that reason.

Excellent service! Prompt and reliable. They are a very professional team and honest with their work. They also replaced the filtration material in my water softener a few months ago. They did an excellent job then as well. I wish all my service calls ended up as good as this one.

My call was returned promptly and someone was here within a few hours to check the well and water softener system. They checked the pump and found a burned part, and then checked the water softener system. They also checked the outflow to a filter attached to the house that was completely clogged so he removed the filter and showed me the problem. I was told in detail that the water softener system was outdated (2004) and was not able to handle the high iron and filtration for the well. On my approval the next morning they returned and checked out the water quality then called with the results; explaining the problem ( very high iron, sulfur plus various other contaminants and suggested a better more efficient system could be set up to handle these issues. The custom system was prepared for the well and the chlorinated, fluorinated, iron removing and sulfur removing water softening system was installed and completed within the next 24 hours. Friendly, professional and efficient service and the pump house was left clean with no left over debri..

Ed and John from King's Pump Repair, showed up about 1.5 hours after being called. They were on another call and showed up as quite quickly. Ed asked what the pump did before shutting off and I informed him of how the water seemed to be losing pressure and then gaining back.
Ed knew what the issue right off the bat. The bladder in the water tank had ruptured. Ed did not have the same small size tank that I had in his van, but a larger one. I had no problems with paying the extra for a larger tank. Ed told me that it should last 4 to 5 years. He also fixed a water leak that seemed to have been going on for a while by replacing the water pressure valve.
Ed and John had all the tools they needed on hand to complete the job within a hours time. Water was restored to the home.
