My daughter is still fighting with them because they put in a lower traffic master and they didn't check properly. They sent somebody to look at it. Then they sent another company to look at it. They rolled it and still it wasn't better. Last thing now we are hoping is to replace it. I didn't like the tremendous delay to get it accomplished.

THEY HAD ALL KINDS OF TOOLS AND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. EVEN IF WE WEREN'T SURE WHAT WE NEEDED, WE EXPLAINED THE JOB, AND THEY SHOWED US THE PROPER TOOL. IT WAS VERY HELPFUL.
