Very punctual and very efficient. An excellent job which took about 15 mins. Their minimum call out fee was $145 which I feel was on the high side.

It took them several trips to fix the problem, and eventually they solved the problem, it wasn't exactly efficient, but they stood behind what they did, and took care of it eventually. Their price was in line with anybody else.

My wife and I were having a problem with a wall outlet. Whenever we turned the lamp on the light would flicker and we would hear a popping/crackling noise. NOT what you want to hear when you are dealing with electricity. We called Folsom Electric. I called at about 3pm on Thursday afternoon and they told me they could have a technician at the house between 8-8:30am Friday morning. At 8:21 the Folsom tech arrived.
He was fast, courteous and professional. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and repaired the problem.
Wonderful service and we would absolutely use Folsom Electric again in the future!

Showed up same day as called. Service tech was very personable and diagnosed the situation quickly. Repair performed quickly and included cleaning the outside unit. I was impressed with the service and price. I heartily recommend for your HVAC needs.

I am very happy with the service. We had minimum disruptions and he saved us a lot of money in helping us get this repaired. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again. To save additional money they even told me I could do the installation myself.

I used them twice; the first time they charged me almost $100. They charged $65 an hour and they were here for 90 minutes. The second time it took two of them to do the job and they were here for almost 3 hours. They cannot improve on anything and considering I called around several companies; Folsom Electric Inc was by far the cheapest. They were on time, very professional, and they even had an apprentice with them that worked equally as hard and was very impressive. They were conscious of being charge by time so they worked quickly with effectiveness.

Luis was GREAT! 1.5 hours and less than $100! I couldn't be happier. We will be using Folsom for all of our electrical work going forward.

They were prompt and they got the job done quickly. The prices were reasonable, so I guess everything was good.

They have been really good for us. We just hired them for another job. It's an ongoing thing. They were just responsive. Their pricing was really reasonable. The fact that they got it done in a very rapid amount of time was beneficial. Our project was a little bit complicated. It was something that they had never seen before. They took their time to learn what we were doing and did it right. That quality is probably beneficial in a contractor. We will be using them for most of our work.

It went ok.... I was a little frustrated with Folsom though I asked at the time of the repair that they have a sales person contact me to provide an estimate on replaced our entire home cooling system. I have called Folsom 3 times over requesting a quote over the past two weeks and have yet to hear back from them.

This was the first time we had used their services. They did the work all within a day. They came when they said they would and cleaned up afterward. The estimate was right on.

They are very reasonable, courteous and professional.
