Stopped by his shop and explained that our 7 yr old 60 in tv just quit working he asked the brand and when told stated that it was a good brand He stated he would be by on Sat to pickup the tv however he was able to come and pickup on Friday He called on Tues explained what the problem was and the cost and delivered tv back to us on Friday I would definately use him again

Mr. Lopez picked up my 55and quot; Vizio tv on 6/9/2014 to repair damage believed to have been caused by lightning. He was paid $60.00 for a house call. I had several conversations with Mr. Lopez over the following 6 weeks as to the status of the repair. It seems he was always having trouble getting the parts, the parts he did receive didn't work, family emergency, finding more problems after finally receiving workable parts. I do understand Mr. Lopez may have had issues with his parts supplier and understand the necessity of attending to family matters, however, after 6 weeks and still having no idea of when to expect the return of my tv, I called Mr. Lopez and advised him to keep the television.

Wilson and Julio came to my house which entailed an hour's drive for
them each way. They assessed the problem with my television and gave
me an estimate of the cost of repairs. Their estimate was very reasonable.
Since it was necessary to take the television completely apart to replace the parts,
they took the the set with them back to their shop. They had the parts in stock and
were able to make the repairs and return the television to my house the next day. Their
final bill matched their estimate. They were very polite, personable
and knowledgeable. They called both time to let me know they were on their way, and they
were very prompt. They supply a 90 day warranty on parts and labor, and
told me to call if there were any issues whatsoever, and they would come
back out and pick up my television again.

I called, brought the tv over . And in less than a week it was done . Fast service.

They came a long distance (which I greatly appreciated) and called before they came. They were nice, clean, professional, and did a great job. Now the TV works beautifully. I am very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Electro Center was a pleasure to do business with. Out 72 inch projector TV went out and we just weren't sure if we should get it fixed or not. We have had the TV for 11 years and in this day and age of digital flat screens, we didn't want to spend money to find out if we shouldn't replace it. We came to the conclusion that we just didn't know, so we contacted Electro. We dealt with Wilson who was great! I explained our concern and he told us their policy. If we drop off the TV, it was $35.00 deposit. If the TV wasn't worth fixing, and we picked the TV back up, we would get our $35.00 back. If we elected to get it fixed, then the $35.00 would be applied to our overall bill. This meant a free estimate if we transported back and forth. Wilson asked about the TV and over the phone knew its most common issues and shared the range to get it fixed. This information helped us to decide to take the time to get it fixed., We dropped the TV off and in 24 hours we had an estimate that was a bit lower than the highest mark on the range. We agreed to have it fixed and had out TV back in 48 hours. They also did some extras (my husband tried to look at it first and put some things out of whack) all for the same price.
It was a true pleasure to work with a business that did great work, a little extra and stayed in a reasonable range. I learned that they don't make TV's like they used to and as long as we are willing to use the space for this large TV, we really do have a good one.
I would recommend this company for any type of electronics that they repair as they are an honest, hard working local business. They were a pleasure to work with.
