We had a leak in our ceiling...it turns out it was because we failed to regularly to pour bleach and water solution (now they are saying you should use vinegar instead) down our drainage duct and it got clogged with disgustingness - the water started coming out the top and dripping into the space between the chase and the ceiling below.  The service provider came the same day and blew out the line.  No judgment, very professional and understanding. We have used them many times...not very inexpensive, but dependable, professional, and effective.

Excellent work and assessment of the air conditioner problem.  The air blowing out was not cool air in August, in Florida, and in 90+ degree heat.  The service man fixed the problem by blowing out the clogged pipe.  He checked the air conditioner and said it was fine.  NO EXTRA recommends or selling of unneeded stuff.  Fixed it and left.  We called later to ask about the cooling air taking a bit longer to come out of the vents and he answered us promptly and CAME BACK to check again - no charge.  He explained that it was an automatic reset on the air condition and it is normal.  Good work and would recommend them anyone.

My house is old and about once a year, I need a plumber. We've been using C T Lilly for the last 3 years and I find them honest, reasonably priced, and they don't try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need.

They are excellent.  They are very prompt, they come almost immediately when I call, the same day or the next day.  They are thorough and clean and they just do their job very well.  They are reliable, they guarantee their work, and if you have a problem though I haven’t, just call them.

I have used them before for repairs on my home. The job went beautiful; very good. In fact, my neighbor was impressed and they hired him too. They are very dependable and are here when they say will be. They do a neat job and clean up well after themselves. It was good and I will use them again in the future.

They are professional. They have a fantastic receptionist. She is very friendly and schedules you. The guys come in very friendly, professional and do their work. They are very meticulous in whatever they do. They checks that everything is working. Their prices are reasonable.
