Russell Jeffcoat, owner of Bud's Septic Service is extremely pleasant, professional and efficient. It is such a pleasure
to find honest, competent service. As a response to our late call on Friday, he came by on Sunday to give a free evaluation of what work would be necessary.
Russell checked our clogged septic line, measured depths in tanks, tested water pump. Removed septic water-pump
and found remains of a dish towel in the pump intake and impeller. Removed cloth, checked pressure, reassembled
system, tested and monitored water flow uphill to drain field.
Was extremely thorough: gave me a detailed explanation of my septic system, pump, drainfield. Measured sludge and
water depths and determined we did not need any pumping. Assured me that all was working well.
His was able to determine what the issues were and fix them on the spot. His service charge was minimal, far below what I would have expected, especially as it was an almost immediate response to our call, and that it was on a Sunday.
I highly recommend Russell and am grateful for his response time and his expertise.
It was very easy to schedule an appointment. They are busy, but call back was quick and professional. They came out the next day to pump my septic tank. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They were happy to answer any of my questions. My septic tank was in good condition, so the job went very fast. I would recommend them highly to anyone and everyone.
