Bianco Pool Innovations responded quickly to my service request. They were prompt and the price was reasonable.

When they first filled the pool with cement, they only brought one truck of cement, since the pool is 18x40 with a 5x10 jacuzzi, the cement was not enough. they had to try to remove the cement then have 2 trucks of cement brought out, this never settled right and still was not thick enough because within 2 yrs, we started getting a hole in the bottom that kept getting larger, they claimed it was out fault. you could feel the rocks below the cement about 1/2 inch below the surface. We got a repair kit from our pool store that would also NEVER recommend this company. the hole kept getting bigger, but they still said it was our problem, not theres. The skimmer never fit correctly from the beginning and we still do not have a cover for the skimmer to trap the bugs. I have been told from many people that have looked at the pool under water that the thickness of the cement with rock showing, and wiping the cement away from the sides of the hole at the bottom, have gotten worse. They will not fix it or take the blame for it even though we have been told from many pool companies, IT WAS NEVER POURED CORRECTLY. The bottom of your feet get scraped and raw if you walk in the pool for over 30 minutes. Their are also other holes in the pool that have been starting for many years now. The pavers are sinking around the pool. ALL IN ALL, THEY HAVE CREATED A HORRIBLE UNRELIABLE POOL, especially for the money we paid for it. They avoid us completely, even though they live in the same housing development. 

He's a good guy. I've been using him for numerous years. When we had the hurricane and my pool screen went into the pool he came out and make sure that everything was okay so after that it kind of hot in your heart that he was available at that time. He's responsive. My pool pump broke and he was out there that same day or the next morning to get it fix for me with the new pump.

Our pool had several discolored spots on the bottom which we tried to clean with scrubbing and with the barracuda running over them, with no change. Several consultants made suggestions form digging out the pool and starting again, to emptying and then putting in a new surface. Bianco Pool (Sal and Eric) checked the pump and filter system (we were getting lots of salt on the bottom of the pool), and explained that after emptying the pool they would then check all the outlets and electrical parts as well as the condition of the surface. Their crew (David and co-worker) returned within days of our agreeing to their contract, and began work on the pool, and when they found a problem (water build up under the surface), came to us IMMEDIATELY to explain and show us the various places where they found the condition. They explained that they would have to cut out the places where the problem was and then place a sealant over the whole surface after doing the electrical and plumbing check on all the outlets in the pool. Once this was completed (dried), our new surface was poured, and they returned within hours to start the refilling, coming back each day to check on how the pool was filling and how things were working. After allowing the new surface to set with water on it, they returned to connect and start up the pump, filter and solar systems. They have been prompt, considerate, forwarning (dusty job!), and thorough in all their efforts. We are totally satisfied with the job they have done, and our pool looks better than ever!

The people showed up on time a showed what I need and how they wood fix it and the price was very far for all that they did.
