A couple or 3 years back, a pair of dogs chased a cat under my mobil home and the cat went places the dogs could not go without destroying the AC flexible duct work. I paid to have all the ductwork under house replaced. Within a year (unknown exact day) the pressure side of the flex duct came loose from the AC unit. I paid to have it repaired. now a few months later after several notices from the power co that excessive power was being used. We found that the flex duct had come loose from the AC unit again. No animal activity has been evident and there is no claw or teeth marks on the loose duct, yet the repair is being charged as if some animal is smart enough to go under the house and pull that duct loose just off the AC unit and not disturb the adjacent low pressure line or high pressure line from there to the up lines at all.. Initial contact was very quick and responsive. The first tech ( Paul) was very forthright and honest about our needs. He knew exactly who to contact as we had also researched what we wanted and he agreed with our choice. We had no problems with the removal of our old unit and the new unit (upgraded from a 3.5 ton to a 4 ton) was expertly and quickly installed. All three techs were very pleasant and quite knowledgeable! We would definitely recommend ALL TEMPS to anyone!

Christina said it was to hard to sit on hold to get parts. To hard to submit paperwork to get job schedualed.

It was terrible. The owner tried to reuse parts from the old unit. The new unit broke down 3 times within the first year. The owner lied about sending service techs. They charged me for a reusable filter that I never received. They never filed a permit to do the installation. One of their techs stole one of my flashlights when he showed up to my house without one, then refused to fix the unit because of how much was wrong with it. They installed a Schrader valve into one of the lines and did such a poor job that it leaked puron non-stop and had to keep being refilled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. EVER.

Repairman showed up 4 hours early, refused to take off his shoes or wear booties. Proceeded to track mud all over the house. Damaged a door jam and a wall that required repainting. Spilled something from the coil on my carpet that could not be cleaned, and the carpet had to be replaced. All in, $240 worth of damage to my house, that All Temp refused to pay. This seems to be a terrible two man operation, that absolutely should NOT be in business.

Mr Charles Arrived on Time, He was Ever So Kind as To Explain what was Involved in  the 49.00 Maintence Tune up, I Had Scheduled, He was very Careful When Disassembling The unit, He Cleaned the Coils, vaccumed the Drain lines and heat exchanger section,oiled the  fan motors,tested the controls and cleaned up  the area after he had completed the service.
Mr Charles pointed out that Mold was growing in the ductwork, and stated this was caused by low air flow restriction from the cooling coils being blocked by years of dirt and debris, 
Mr Charles Recommended a Duct Sanitizing on the Next Maintenance Visit for Cooling start up and Tune up in the spring.

They were on time and everything, and the cost was what they had quoted. They were messy; they did not clean up well. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
