When they came out to discuss my options, they were very informative and answered all my questions and did not try to oversell me.  The guys were very prompt and professional and very neat.   This was a huge job since I had all my duct work replaced in addition to upgrading my air conditioning.   I have used them in the past for electrical work as well and I would highly recommend them.

The Quoting Process
I had several other companies come out to look at the units and recommend and quote new systems for me. I was referred to Action Air late in the game so they didn't have a lot of time before I was going to make my decision. I called them and told them if they wanted to participate they'd have to be at my house and quot;todayand quot;. They came out, made their recommendations, explained what they were going to do, told me about the company, and GAVE ME THREE REFERENCE on my street. I asked them if I told them on Wednesday that they were selected, when would be the earliest they could do the work. They said that Friday - 2 days later :-).
The Installation
I was told they'd start at 7:30 am on Friday morning. At around 7:28 am the trucks rolled into my driveway and they went right to work. They had 5 guys working on various parts of the job: tearing out the old systems, unloading the new systems, building frames/etc. for the new gear, modifying duct work, etc. They did an excellent job and even showed me where my previous installation fell short. They kept me informed along the way with what they were doing, and by 6 pm I had to new working systems!
The Follow-Up
The following Monday I had an e-mail waiting for me with all of the warranty registration information (that they filed for me), the rebate information that they filed with my local utility company, as well as the appointment for the inspector to inspect their work and sign off on everything.
Summary
These guys are great. They tell what they're going to do and when they're going to do it, then they actually do it. They are very professional, and they clean up after themselves. There wasn't a single bit of debris left behind when they were done. They are a family owned business that has been around for 37 years and they've made their living based on good work and reputation. I would not hesitate to use these folks for my A/C work. (I understand they do electrical as well!).

The previous owner of our house had miswired a breaker and Action fixed it for us.
Action's dispatcher worked to get us in their schedule and their electricians gave use fast, courteous and professional service.

He's just close-by. They came pretty quick when I called them. They gave me a good service. The guy was really friendly. They guy worked on it.

Went great! The new very efficient system with improved ducting (24 year old homeowner/me project) works very well.

It was outstanding. They were the most reasonably priced for the system I wanted installed.
