We use Wilson Heating & Air and they've been wonderful.  We do the bi-annual tune-up.  They're great.

Fair. They aren't the highest price, and they aren't the lowest price. The work took the guy twenty minutes to complete. Just him.

They were only there one day and they came back three or four different times and checked it out to make everything was going well and talked to me about it. Everything six months they do the check and they did that for like the first year and apart from that I haven't had any problems with it. I change my own filters and I don't need them to do that.

they were prompt (which is saying something in Saint Augustine beach) and very professional... had a slight problem arise a couple days later and they came out right away and fixed it at no extra charge.  Will use them again!

They have been servicing my mother's hvac unit for three years. I had developed a relationship with them from them working at my mom's house. They matched the price of the other estimate I received. They are a good company to work with.

We are on a service contract. They are great and give great service. Fast and professional service. We haven't had a moments worry with them. They are little cheaper than everyone else and immediate response.

I woe up on a Saturday morning to discover my A/C was not functioning. I called Wilson who came out within 2 hours...which was great on a Saturday. I knew I needed a new unit but they temporarily fixed it until they could install a new unit on Monday. They came first thing Monday morning and replaced my unit which required them going up and down between the roof and my utility room. They were very courteous and cleaned up excellently when they were finished.

His guys showed up early Friday morning to start the job. They unloaded the unit and got prepared to install it. The had a little modification to do to the closet to get the air handler to fit. The 3 guys worked all day, a full 8 hours to install the unit. Once everything was ready to go they fired up the unit to check how it was working. 30 minutes later you could tell the house was cooling down. They instructed me on how to use the digital thermostat before they left. They cleaned up the house and tidy up the area around the outside unit. Shook my hand and told me thanks for the business. Everything went as smooth as it could.

They did an excellent job. He did a good job and very fair.

I think this is a great company. The office staff and their technicians are always happy, professional, and courteous.
Their technician arrived on time for the biannual maintenance visit. He performed the maintenace quickly and neatly, and reviewed everything with me at the end, line by line. I know had I asked for any clarification, he would have been more than glad to provide it.
Their technician was even gracious enough to put up with my overly exuberant dog, who stayed with him the whole time he was here.
I would gladly recommend this company to anyone!!

They are good. They did a fine job. I would recommend them any time. They showed up and got the job done. It was pretty easy to have them come out. They were good with their professionalism. I would use them in the future.

We like them. This is a company owned and ran by women. We had used them because our air conditioner broke and they turned out to be an excellent company. The woman that owned it sent out a guy but he was really good. We bought their top of the line model, which was sort of against his recommendations. It came with free checkups for a certain amount of time. It takes special filters and he gave us two websites to order them online because they are a lot cheaper and they were. We did follow his instructions and that worked out well. The price was a little steep but it was quality work.

The original unit was not up to Todd's standards, so he ordered a new one and replaced it. They were very professional and did a really good job. I have nothing bad to say about my experiences with them.

Contract was clear and complete, no cost over runs or additions. A first the ductwork did not perform as expected. The folks at Wilson were determined to make it right, and they did. I would highly recommend Wilson to anyone, even my family and friends
