This was my first time using Village Key & Alarm.  David B. was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!  He did an excellent job!!  If I need a locksmith in the future, Village Key will be the company I'll call.

They completed a very complicated job. Jay the Village Key and Alarm Service Manager personally installed with his very capable aide Alan our alarm and camera systems.
They were on time and were very professional.
Jay has been back to add additional features.
Village Key and Alarm has very strong commercial and residential references and they can hold their own against any so called national alarm company.
I highly recommend because Village Key and Alarm are more than just locksmiths.

The interaction with them is excellent. They are very professional and very knowledgeable on the systems.

When we needed service, they were available to promptly schedule the work at our convenience, and were promp and professional when they arrived.

The technician phoned 15 minutes before the appointment to see if the time was still OK and then showed up right at the appointment time. He was very professional and and very familiar with my system even though they didn't install the original system. He installed the new monitoring system quickly and then re-checked all the alarm points on the original system. He even found one heat detector not working and fixed it for no charge. The system works great and the monthly fee was the same as the land line monitoring system. I now have control through my cell phone which is nice. I can check the status and even arm or disarm it from the phone. It was great working with Village!

On both visits to Village Lock they are just so nice to work with and very knowledgeable -- I will always use Village Lock.

They are very knowledgeable and I thought that they did quality work.
