What was supposed to be a one week job turned into five weeks because they had to start over due to poor quality of their employee. They had to do the floor 3 times. I had to beg the owner to come look at the work and told him I would not pay until he did. He came out and found slope was wrong and did fix it. Overall, the shower looks like my buddy and I drank a case of beer and did it. Lastly, the exhaust fan made a screaming sound after installed. I told them that it sounded as if they left a label or something in it. They told me it was a bad part and didn't even look. I found a bag of parts inside after I took it down myself to look. I have requested a refund for the installation of the fan. Also I have requested an itemized invoice and asked them to replace the buckets of mine they ruined that are designated for my aquarium. I have gotten no response. Typical! I am going to have to replace this shower again before I can sell my home in the future. Also, my wife is very unhappy. All pics attached are of the finished product that is in my home now. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
