Outstanding company. Highly recommend them. If I could, I would give them 10 our of 5. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, very careful, polite, and with excellent communication. I hired them to install Carrier performance 15 SEER single-stage, variable speed heat pump with Carrier programmable thermostat, UV light, new coolant and drain lines, and to do extensive duct work changing from 2 zones to a single zone. Their pricing was very good. Installation went perfectly. 1. Proposal. I had 7 other highly rated local companies give me proposals before Service Gurus. I was not impressed with any of them. Usually, a sales representative would come in trying to sell me either the cheapest unit, or the most expensive with useless accessories. One of them told me that Carrier was a piece of fecal matter and I just must install a Reem.. More than half of those representatives did not even bother to examine my ducts. The half of the ones who did could not even find all the zoning dampers. It was clear that those people never actually installed an AC or did any ductwork. Just simple salesman with limited knowledge. When Wade, the owner of the company, came in to give me his estimate, he spent 30 minutes in my attic examining the ductwork. He then sat down with me, listened to what my needs were, made suggestions without trying to sell me something that I would not need. He even drew the diagram of the duct system. I was very impressed with his knowledge and apparent experience. Also, when the AC was being installed, Wade was working with his crew. 2. Installation. The crew of 3 (including Wade) arrived on time. Communication was excellent. They consulted with me and kept me Informed every step of the way. Everything was installed perfectly. They worked 13 hours the first day and another 8 hours two days later. They cleaned, patched, painted and left everything in perfect condition. I was very impressed how thorough they were. I would definitely hire these guys again.

Kurt was knowledgeable about plumbing and worked quickly to help keep costs down.
