Kind & Thorough. I can believe he actually got some of these stains out. He even got old slime out that my daughter crushed into my carpet, that was once a terrible eye sore. I NEVER thought that would come out but it did. HE got it out. He went over & beyond for us. I am grateful. He was by himself. I was happy for that, especially with the Covid Risks. He's Safe. I thought it would take longer for the carpet to dry, but it didn't. Smells Great in here. He really did well & went above & beyond. I am so happy.

I'm sorry to say this was a poor experience overall right from the start. I initially called to schedule my carpet cleaning a couple of weeks out, and described in detail the work to be done. Despite my specifics, the owner Paul wasn't able to give me an exact quote over the phone, but instead gave me a range of what it might be. Okay, fine. But in the days after that, I was called not once but twice, specifically to verify exactly what work they needed to do. On the day of the cleaning, Paul showed up and again seemed confused about what needed to be done. Seems like "why I'm being hired" would be a simple thing for a business to keep track of. Strike 1. He then asked me if I was given a quote over the phone, (again, he should've known this) so I gave him the amount/range I was quoted. He immediately increased it by $20 over the maximum I was quoted but didn't explain why, other than to say the phone quote was wrong. Okay, well you're the one that gave it to me "wrong". Shady tactics, but you're already here and I need the work done. Strike 2. In the past, I've had other companies clean my carpets, and each time it was the same process - they start by vacuuming, then they bring in professional steaming equipment, with what seems like miles of hoses. Paul didn't do any of that. He didn't even vacuum - I guess cleaning the dirt instead of removing it first is part of his process? He then brought in what looked like a consumer grade carpet cleaner, not professional equipment at all. Ironically, I already owned a Bissell cleaner very similar to the one he used. I opted against using it because it's a lot of work to do it properly and since I'm selling the home, I needed it done 'professionally'. As you'd expect, I did NOT get professional results after he used consumer grade equipment. He was in and out in a short amount of time, far less than it should've taken with the equipment used. But I couldn't inspect his work because the carpet was wet everywhere. It smelled good, but when I came back a couple of days later, the good smell was gone and the carpet was back to smelling like dogs. And then I discover the one and only pet stain did not get removed AT ALL, which I paid extra to have done. It's almost as if nothing was done whatsoever. I just threw away a couple hundred bucks on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. STRIKE 3. Oh and did I mention that he actually had the nerve to complain about his NEXT customer and how it was a big job that he didn't want to do? Is that why he did a halfass job on mine, because he was going to have to work harder, later? Is that why I was contacted repeatedly to verify what I need done, in case he might not be in the mood for it? I'll never know. But I'll also never hire their company again.

The job turned out great!! The owner was punctual, professional and the price was right. I would definitely hire again.
