"This job was given to me by a third party as customer lived out of town. she was correct there was a spot of paint on handle of range and on floor when we did walk thru which was cleaned up in a minute with water as it was latex paint . Customer was happy at end when she paid us final payment. this was a rental property in poor condition when started holes in walls everywhere everything was fine except 2 tiny spots of paint"
