It was a very bad experience. It was very disappointing. It was pretty pricey. The carpet seemed to be dingy. It looks to me that their equipment was not working properly. There seemed to a lot of residual water on the carpet. I really suspect that the company was very quick back then. They did come back several weeks later and we did a few areas but it was really disappointing because it cost so much money. I've used them before but it was fine. They were nice and all but the carpet itself was not clean; it was too wet. I would not probably use them again.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS PROVIDER!!! They absolutely ruined my very expensive marble floor in bathroom. We were on vacation and I had a friend here to be available for them. They had no idea what type of tile was used on my bathroom floor, so instead of calling their office or postponing until we could confirm the type of tile used, they just proceeded to clean as a ceramic tile floor. My friend relayed to my husband that the floor was ruined and to not tell me due to my health situation. She reported to him, my son and to the providers office the situation. They had used a diamond impregnated sanding disc on the large tile sanding cleaning machine and it severely scratched the entire floor. The entire floor was turned a milky white and the original protective sealant that I had applied when the floor was laid was completely gone. WHAT A DISASTER! The floor cleaners, Danny and Cameron, tried to talk their way out of responsibility and my son told them they just didn't know what they were doing. The providers office was called again and the front office lady tried to also shift the blame on us. She also said there wasn't anything else they could do, but they do use a company that could come and try and rectify their problem. If this company couldn't fix the floor to resemble the beautiful marble I ONCE HAD, there wasn't anymore they could do! When I returned home I was shocked and outraged! The company they sent was Beth and Darrell Hudson which services St. Augustine, their number is 904-276-6010. Mr. Hudson had to return 3 different times to try and repair the damage Stanley Steemer had done. He did an admirable job in trying to refurbish my floor. I would certainly use him again in the future.

They were very professional and thorough. They removed all the stains and dirt. I would recommend them.

They arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, were quick and efficient. Suggested more work that could be done in the future. Will definitely go back for more work.

They did a good job. They came early, which was good because I needed someone to come early and they were fast and polite.
