It was a very good experience and I would recommend going there to anyone. I will again if need be. I will buy my next mower there based on the people and good service. Only possible complaint was not enough communication in the beginning on when the mower would be finished.

Bill's estimate of the service compared to actual cost turned out to be cheaper than thought after he had my lawn mower in the shop and saw he could repair rather than replace some things. His pick up/delivery fee is cheaper than anyone in the area. I was completely shocked at how cheap it was; one Major company told me I needed over $500 worth of repair, another to buy another new lawn mower. Bill fixed it for a fraction of the cost of a new one and more than $300 cheaper than Sears! I liked their services so much I now have my other lawn equipment with them and am taking my vacuum this week! I cannot gush enough about how great their services are! I do know that from now on every year they will be doing my annual tune ups on my equipment!
