 + -1 moreLeo experienced some road blocks while tracking down the failed mother board and suggested I call Samsung myself since he was being told this specific part was currently unavailable. I called and was told they had the part needed in stock. I ordered the part for $258. (part + shipping). Leo had the part installed and TV delivered to my home within a couple of days. Leo initially suggested I just purchase a new TV( currently at much lower prices than I paid in 2011) but I really like this Samsung model (as long as it is working). I appreciated his sugestion and keeping me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Leo if you're having TV issues that need attention.
Description of Work: Mother board of Model UN46D6000 LED HD Smart TV needed to be replaced. Contacted Samsung initially. Scheduled a tech home visit for $109.00 and tech quoted a cost of $1,229. to make repairs for this 5 1/2 year old TV that I purchased for $800. in Dec. 2011. I declined the generous offer and checked Angie's List and contacted Leo with TV Engineers.
